Information on this site
Product, solution and service descriptions are provided to explain what we can build. They are not a fixed specification or a binding quotation.
Scope, timeline, pricing and support terms for any project are agreed separately in a written proposal or contract, which takes precedence over anything written on this website.
Enquiries and proposals
Submitting a form on this website does not create a contract. It starts a conversation. A project begins only once both sides have agreed a written scope and commercial terms.
Intellectual property
The Hazonic Solution name, logo, website content and design are our property. Ownership of software we build for a client is set out in that client's agreement.
Third-party services
Projects may use third-party platforms and APIs. Those services are governed by their own terms, and their availability is outside our control.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Liability relating to delivered work is governed by the applicable project agreement.
